Got Game?

Am Starting a blog for a psychology course at college and the main focus is the issues regarding gaming and technology and how they relate to psychology and examining the popular conceptions in the press about these fields.

  3. Hi looking forward to more blogs and am interested in what aspects of technology and gaming that you will explore. There’s an interesting organisation called serious games which is an international association of people who develop games for the purposes of education – health, environmental issues etc.

    well it all depends i dont agree for kids to have war games over 18. some games get adictive some games aint so good. i am adicted to wii sing although i bet my neighbours wish i wasnt! lol

    • Agreed about the age appropriate thing. One of the things I’m looking to address in this blog is whether or not video games can be considered “addictive” in the same way that alcohol or heroin are, for instance.
